A practice has TWO full time clinicians, two part-time clinicians, one front desk person (receptionist) and one biller.
With other vendors, the pricing for your clinic will vary depending on the number of licensed clinicians, support staff and office staff. With In Touch EMR, your pricing is primarily determined by the number of licensed clinicians in your practice with a low per-user fee for additional users.

At In Touch EMR, we believe in product innovation and pricing simplicity. There is no separate license fee for additional staff members (non-licensed clinicians); however each user with a unique credential (a username and password) is subject to a $10 monthly fee for ongoing access to the program, server utilization and personalized access rights/capabilities. This makes us different, and more transparent than other EMR vendors.
Let’s say you had two clinicians, two assistants, one front desk staff and one biller. With this assumption, you will find yourself paying a lower monthly fee to In Touch EMR, compared to other EMR products. The reason – we only charge a nominal per-user fee for non-licensed clinicians and PTAs, which allows you to keep your costs down.
The estimated costs (marked in asterisks) for other EMR solutions assumes a practice setup with two licensed clinicians, two non-licensed staff (aids, assistants etc.), one front desk staff and one biller. Your actual savings will be higher (or lower) depending on the number of clinicians, the number of support staff and in some cases, the number of patient visits each month.
